Stuffed Sausages with Bacon
Method:

Cook onion in butter slowly until softened

Add to breadcrumbs and herbs, Mix well

Season lightly
-
Cut a pocket along the sausage.

Place 1-2 teaspoons of bread stuffing in the pocket.

Wrap a streaky rasher around stuffed sausage and secure with cocktail stick.

Place on a non-stick cooking tray.

Cook in a hot oven gas mark 6 (180c) for approx 25/30 minutes.

Remove cocktail stick before serving

8 Jumbo Sausages
Streaky Bacon
1oz of butter
Pepper & Salt
For Stuffing
- 3oz Bread Crumbs
- Small Onion chopped finely
- Fresh Herbs(Parsley & Thyme)
Variations
Use smoked rashers or flavoured stuffing to vary.
