Honey Baked Sausages - A tasty way to cook sausages in the oven

Method:

1. Pre Heat the oven to 180°C,350°F,gas mark 4.

2. Mix the honey,mustard,whiskey and oil together and pour over the sausages in a bowl, tossing them around to coat evenly.Let stand in the fridge and marinate for 4 hours.

3. Tip the sausages and juices into a tin or baking dish.

4. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until cooked through.

5. Toss occasionly so that they brown evenly.

Ingredients

1lb Sausages

2 tablespoons of clear honey

2 dessetspoons of whole grain mustard

1 tablespoon of Irish Whiskey

1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
